Getting there
Public transport
Use public transport, if you can.
York is well served by trains.
Melrosegate is served by the 6, 20 and 25 buses. There are also frequent services (including 10, X45/46/47 and U1) that serve Hull Road (nearest stops Matmer House/The Boulevard).
By car
Tang Hall is just over a mile or so from the A64, which links up with the A1 and M1 near Leeds.
There is parking for 20 cars plus two disabled spaces onsite with plenty of on-street parking as well.
Food and drink
I recommend that you can bring your own food and drink to the venue. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cutlery. I will provide coffee, tea and biscuits.
There is a convenience shop on Melrosegate; and, a Co-op, bakery and takeaways on Tang Hall Lane.
